When you get pregnant at university, after you got pregnant at highschool, its the exact same text. Its not acknowledging that its the second time you give birth and treating it like your first pregnancy.
I've added "Again?" to the first passage if that condition exists.

That's where I'm going to leave it for now, since the Prologue is not the focus of the game. Maybe at some point in the future if a lot of players really want there to be variations, etc, but Prologue is just meant to give color and understanding of Claire's path prior to the main game.

If this is the case—and it sounds reasonable, a prologue shouldn't be the main focus, if it is then it's not a prologue anymore—maybe it would be better to have fewer extraneous options that aren't well-covered by the outcomes you want to include? Like in the "my first" example where all the choices lead to the same possible romance patterns even when they don't make sense for the choice (having your stepdad or the headmaster or other adult being your first and then being "THOSE kids" with them), maybe just...don't include options that won't make sense for the follow-up you want to write there if you're only going to have a one-size-fits-all follow-up?

It feels a bit like you're trying to have your cake and eat it, too: offering the player a whole array of options for various fetishes or cultural flavors or what have you, but not taking the time to write up outcomes for all those options that are reasonable expectations for where they'd go. The illusion of choice doesn't really work when you can so quickly see that your choice not only doesn't matter, but barely even changes the flavor text when it should be a dramatic difference from other options at the same juncture.

Maybe save yourself hassle & effort and just offer fewer choices to begin with so you can reasonably handle the outcomes they present? Not just for the prologue, mind you, but when thinking about how you structure things going forward. Four compelling and different options are a lot better than 20 labels for the same option.

Finally got around to trying the new update.

I really like the new stat change notifications, but I think the timers are way too short. I think they should stay up for about five seconds, instead of one second.
This is because I've had as many as six stat changes and I cannot read them all quickly enough. But sometimes they're contradicting changes, like, "stability increased" and "stability decreased," at the same time. Would it be possible have no stat change notification if conflicting stat changes to negate each other?

I also found piercing options "doubling" if I moved forward and then went back - edit - apparently this has already been found and reported.

I am so sorry, but I encountered this and cannot move forward during highschool prom route trying to convince the best friends, I don't know if it's a bug or unfinished route.

Bet, just wanted to make sure.
Thanks for the report, we have this fixed in the newly released v7!
Also, since I don't know how far the development had gone through, I got a loop when having a baby I think after the university chapter event. It was the first time claire was having a baby and it loop back to prologue postgrad, is that also a bug?

That also sounds familiar, I believe we have fixed it in v7!

Isn't this game a copy with some UI and art changes of Female Agent's prologue? Can someone explain to me why this is a separate game now?

pretty sure it's a different game, and pretty sure female agent's prologue is still exists for you to play as well, but discontinued because the dev wanted to rework the game.

A copy would be the Trans-Agent or Future Agent. Almost exact same content. Almost exact same 'choices' and story progression.

I'd recommend playing Blue Swallow for yourself if you really think they're the same. Side by side if necessary.

...because there's a massive difference between influenced and copied.

There are dozens of more actual options in Blue Swallow. Real stats. Conditional paths. Repurcussions for the character's choices. There are thousands of more lines of alternative text, paths, options and content. Different back story.

Not to mention entirely different paths not offered in Female Agent.

Not to mention releases about every 4-6 weeks with substantive content additions.

Not to mention no restarts. Continued, active development for a year and a half.
....
Now, we don't have forty pages with two-three sentences a piece where you click the highlighted word over and over again to find some 'progress'.

We don't have forced sequences where you have to dress up or undress your paper doll.

We don't have dozens of passages of content that was interesting and good that's been trashed and relegated to the dumpster.

And, finally, we have ~300 supporters compared to FA's 3,000.

That last part really confuses me, especially since the last 'content' (heavy sarcasm on the quotes) released for FA was November of last year. Around that time, we released 0.4 Final.

Which is a great segue to...we did just drop our . That means we've had ten releases in that time span, not to mention dozens of hotfixes for additional content and bug fixes. I can't even imagine how many lines of code and text were added to Blue Swallow in that time frame. Or art. Or improvements to UX and UI. And we add content, art and UX/UI improvements without restarting development.

So, yeah. A total copy. Practically like playing FA twice.
----------------------------------------

Our newest release post:

"The first release of our 'spy-focused' dev cycle.

Claire has more opportunities to interact with her EROS counterparts and investigate the club -- working there or being a patron. We've also completed the date with Bona, if you happened across him.

Also with this release, we've implemented a bunch of new faces (some will retroactively be replaced) to give Claire a bit more nuance of expression; Claire can advance her Sex Skills -- so no worry if she wasn't a sex superstar before Act I, she can improve; icons and indicators when skills will be tested alongside the new pop-ups that let you know when skills have improved or been lowered; and state indicators to let you know when Claire might be not in her best of minds.

Exactly how much new content is there?:

  • Claire can go through some rudimentary training with Angelo in four different spy 'disciplines'
  • Bona's date now has a conclusion with a few different results: losing the thread with Bona, working for him as an escort, or maybe working with his new partner, Casimir
  • Claire can go to the Club for a second night as a patron. She might run into some problems though, be forewarned!
  • Each of the working arcs (Dancing, Bartending, Prostitution) can be continued, following a random sequence of events that can improve or harm Claire's station at the club.
And, of course, Claire can make her way from Gap Year to College or either of them into the main game and Act I. Act I has forward momentum: Claire has the opportunity to take her Mission into her own hands. You'll find paths opening and closing, opportunities changing as she navigates Manila."

If you'd like to play the public, free version 0.6, you can find it .

Its an infiniminer/minecraft situation. Or corruption of champions to text based smut games in general. FA is a proof of concept with questionable implementation that other creators have built upon and beyond.

Is the game buggy, or is it intended to have bits missing? Like there's a scene, you go through it, and suddenly you're in the middle of another scene.

Quick example: after a weekend party, the police show up. I decide to run to the woods, the game says "cool, you waited for a while and got away", and the next scene is in a police car.
Tried again, chose the hiding spot, got fucked, but then I'm back in the police car.

That's the only one I tried to reload for, but there were other bits were there's very sudden scene changes that disrupt the flow of the story, and I'm half-convinced that they're from the past.

Also, the "I was too young for love" option seems to have been forgotten later on, when you "break up" with the guy sometime before prom preparation, even after having played without him being in the picture.

(And as a last note: stopped playing after winning the prom. I stole the competitor's BF, and after the prom there's interracial with 0 warning. Not my thing.)

The HSVs (the partying you mentioned) are vignettes and not directly one after the other. Thematically linked rather than temporally.

I'm not sure what you mean by the breaking up thing, but I can give it some looks during 0.8.

Interracial after stealing Ava's BF? He's white. I'm not sure what interracial scene you encountered.

Well, after the prom when I was going with the guy, the gif that played showed a black man. I didn't look too closely, as at that point I gave up and closed, as I stated.

Though if the game, and not just the prologue, is comprised of these 'vignettes', it's simply not for me, so no need to cater to my whims. :)
